Arnold B. Bakker is one of the world’s leading scholars in work and organizational psychology and a pioneer of the Job Demands–Resources (JD–R) model. As Professor and Chair of Work and Organizational Psychology at Erasmus University Rotterdam, his research has fundamentally shaped how scholars and practitioners understand work engagement, wellbeing, flow, and performance. A Fellow of the Association for Psychological Science and former President of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology, Professor Bakker has published extensively in top-tier journals such as American Psychologist, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Journal of Organizational Behavior. Professor Malissa A. Clark

Malissa A. Clark is an internationally recognized expert on employee wellbeing, workaholism, and the consequences of today’s “always-on” work culture. Her research integrates occupational health psychology with work–family dynamics to examine how overwork, stressors, and boundary blurring affect both individuals and organizations. Her recent book, Never Not Working: Why the Always-On Culture Is Bad for Business — and How to Fix It (Harvard Business Review Press, 2024), has been widely acclaimed and selected among the most influential business and management books of the year. Professor Clark has published in leading journals including Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, and Journal of Organizational Behavior. Her work offers both scientific depth and practical relevance, making her a leading voice on sustainable performance and wellbeing in the future of work. Professor Aharon Tziner

Aharon Tziner is a distinguished scholar in organizational behavior, human resource management, and work values research, with over four decades of international academic leadership. He currently heads the Organizational Behavior MA program at Tel-Hai Academic College and serves as Associate Editor of Frontiers in Psychology. A Fellow of both the American Psychological Association and SIOP, Professor Tziner has authored and co-authored hundreds of scholarly works, with more than 6,500 citations and an h-index of 45. His research spans performance appraisal, organizational justice, work engagement, leadership, and value congruence, often integrating innovative methodological approaches such as facet theory. A long-standing contributor to ISSWOV conferences, he brings deep expertise on how organizational values, appraisal systems, and leader–member relationships shape behavior and performance. At ISSWOV 2026, he will offer a rich, integrative perspective on work values, resilience, and organizational effectiveness in times of transformation.
